If I submit your seller questionnaire, when will I hear from you?
As soon as we recieve your seller questionnaire, we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submit the information). However, if you don't hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call to make sure we recieved your information and that you are being taken care of right away.
Is it better to call or contact you via your online seller questionaire?
That is really up to you. However, we do think it would be easier for you if you complete our seller questionnaire first, then we can review your information, research your property, and discuss all the details with you when we call. Do you pay for referrals if I lead you to another house that you buy?
